MNP LLP - Accounting, Business Consulting and Tax Services

Do not use MNP! Absolutely useless! Get rid of them and run far away... I have owed on my last 4 tax returns that were completed by this organization. When questioned why (as I never have owed before) they were unable to provide me with any reasonable explanation. Their communication is awful, they are rude, shady, and expensive. This year I terminated my relationship with MNP, and for the first time in years I have received a return on my taxes. Don't waste your time or your money on them. I can't say enough bad things about this place... Seriously... If I could give 0 stars I would. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

Would not recommend for taxes took almost 3 weeks for a 3 paper simple tax return and cost 196 dollars.

I used this company for my tax audit case. Surprisingly they are not serious, and did not even look into the case. They did not read some important materials I provided. Their ignorance has caused me significant loss of both money and time. Actually if they showed some adequate care about client's trust, I would appreciate their effort regardless of any final outcome.

After 6 years of doing business here I can confidently say I have always received prompt, professional, courteous and sound financial guidance. Thank you Mike Delves!

I have had the same recruiter reach out to me on two separate occasions, just to be ghosted each time. I do not recommend MNP executive recruiting.I would like to see the members of your executive recruiting team professionally and respectively follow through in communication with potential candidates, even if it is to only let them know they are no longer being considered for a position.On two separate occasions, the same recruiter engaged in communication with a candidate. I can only assume they were no longer a candidate after the recruiter refused to reply to any further communication or notify the candidate they are no longer being considered.

I had such an excellent experience working with MNP in Nanaimo. They made the whole process so smooth and easy understandable for myself. They worked around my schedule and were more than accommodating. I'd recommend them to anyone, over and over again.

I would recommend MNP based on my experience. Jennifer is amazing and made the whole process super simple. She answered all my questions and helped me to get everything sorted out. It was a simple and pain-free process. I'm hoping it's not something I need to do again in the future, but if I do I know I'll be definitely using MNP.
