We are very happy with the service provided. Jason Barned came within one week of our call and was friendly and informative. He promptly repaired the stove and offered advice on other appliances we have. We will definitely go to Riester's for our appliance needs in the future! Five stars for sure!

I'm very unhappy, no book with washer, says they don't come anymore. Wouldn't take it back, but they did from previous owners. Just unfair..won't do anymore business there. Should of went to lowes..

We had the pleasure of working with Jason with our fridge repair; he did a phenomenal job. The parts arrived quicker than expected, and Jason gave us tips on how to do without our appliance in the interim. On top of that, he informed us of other ways we can improve the longevity of all our appliances. We will most certainly spread the word about our positive experience.

Back in 2008, we came here to purchase a washer and dryer. We were just starting a new life and didn't have much money. We purchased a Reconditioned washer and dryer set. Today 9/12 2020, wejust ordered a new Amana Washing machine for the same price Best Buy has on sale only Riester's has them in stock. Great service, and prices.

I've had Riester's Appliances repair man, Jason, to my house on two different occasion to work on my refrigerator. He works quickly and does a good job. Don't hesitate to call Riester's for repairs, even if you didn't buy the appliance from them.

Riester's was a pleasure to work with! Talking to Mike on the phone was a breeze, as he was super friendly and informative. After months of waiting for my warranty company to get back to me, I instead called them directly and got an appointment the following week. Jason came to my house and not only fixed my leaky fridge, but showed me just what was wrong and how to fix it myself the next time! He even gave me tips on what to do if my oven goes out! They truly went above and beyond my expectations and I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any of your needs!

12/13/2022 They are worthless, don't waste your time. They were a no show on the first appointment for which I used a day off work and when I tried to reschedule they couldn't show for 2-weeks. I needed a morning appointment and they made the appointment for 12-4pm. We made other arrangements with a better service provider for service less than 48-hours and in the time frame requested. Save yourself the aggravation.

We just had Jason out to repair our refrigerator and not only was he on time but his work was done efficiently and correctly. Better yet he was willing to allow me to watch and learn, as he went through his process. We thought the price was more than fair and he pointed out several things we could do to improve the normal wear and tear of our refrigerator. We fully intend to use Riester’s again (our washer is acting. Up) and hope we get Jason again.
