I needed Internet and I wanted to go with Bell, so I walked right in and 10 minutes later I had an appointment for a technician to come set me up. The guy who helped me was awesome and did a great job.

I’ve contacted Bell more than once in the past week because my internet continuously disconnects me. They haven’t sent a technician for repairs regardless of how often I ask and make excuses that my internet will remain weak because I’m located in the South End of the city.

Very disappointed thought my bell store would be able to give me better service than a big box store!!!! Who knew that Patric at Best Buy could do more for me at a cheeper price!!! GO BEST BUY GO!!!
