CIBC Branch with ATM

They are holding my check for 11 days. Omg! This is happening first time! Online was taking just 4 business days!!!

Despite the abundance of bad reviews, I had a genuinely pleasant experience at this branch. My teller, a lady with the letter M (didn't get the full name), (and had very colorful hair) was pleasant, fast, accurate and nice. No complaints here. I actually went out of my way to get to this branch (I'm from Etobicoke), and glad I did.Big, clean and plenty of parking.Again, thank you. No complaints.

I was worried before going to the branch because a lot of negative comments and low rate on Google. But in fact I experienced good service. The line up was extremely long on Friday morning, a manager went all way along greeting each customer and asked how to help, tried to minimize the long line. Someone helped me when I was at half way, efficient and professional.

Very unprofessional. Service advisors will coerce you and lie to you for their own benefit. Switch to RBC or TD if you can.

Very nice and helpful stuff. I wanted to withdraw more than $5000 and I had a limit. The bank workers gave me $3000 at the desk and increased my card limit, so, I managed to get the sum I needed. Everything was fast. The time I was at the bank was around 3.30pm - wasn’t busy

Very bad service specially there’s bad old lady she’s manager or supervisor with unseen attitude , all customers there they ware all upset about the poor service and unhappy don’t go here..

Terrible phone customer service. They'll take your call, not listen to your problem, and then tell you that other people are waiting. I am a customer just as they are. To hang up on me because you are clueless and impatient, because you need to poorly service and ignore someone else is hilariously sad. Go work somewhere else if you can't or wont do your job properly.

Giving this branch a 3/10 I went yesterday because I needed a new debit card because it was stolen as well w all my IDS so the only ID I had was my healtcard. The old overweight white lady denied to give a new card when I explained to her my situation. I also told her she could ask me any security questions and I would correctly answer it. she denied with a bad attitude and laughing because clearly she didn’t care. She Informed me i needed the person who my account is joint with to come with an ID and then I would get my card 3-5 days in the mail When I KNOW you can give it right away and I don’t have to wait the 5 days but she denied. Long story short I came in today thanks god she wasn’t there and a lady with the name of Janice helped me out. Honestly she was amazing and she’s the only reason I’m giving it a 3 I would’ve gave it a 0. She gave me the card right away and I didn’t have to “wait 5 days for my debit card to come because that is our policy, we don’t give cards in person” like that white old fat lady said. Management needs to be Changed in this location

I got assisted quickly and professionally, the representative was very nice and respectful.She didn't do the right thing, must be a lack of training, but I know she tried.So many hateful reviews here, stop complaining, people are making minimum wage.
