Absolutely terrible customer service, punctuality, and no respect for the customer. Hired for our wedding limo and fooled into paying full in advance. A few months later- trying to contact to confirm details for the wedding, no answer for a few days with multiple phone calls and left messages. When we finally got a hold of Bryan he was agressive and rude on the phone, yelling and telling me (the bride) that there is no need to contact him a month before the wedding and that details are confirmed one week before - that is NOT good enough when the previous contact was months earlier and it took DAYS to respond to our calls, thinking we would have to find another service. Bryan made me cry on the phone on our first conversation because he was screaming at me. Refused to return any part of our payment - would only offer 50% in vouchers. Unable to afford to loose all the money we paid, we kept him hired for the wedding and that was a big mistake. We hired an additional car with him and he demanded payment in full once again. The limo was late to pick me up to go to church. WORST part was that the midnight shuttle was half an hour late to pickup tired guests who were promised a safe drive back to the hotel. The guy who came with the late night shuttle was a completely different person, and asked where the owner Bryan was, who was suppose to drive us, he said he got tired up." There was no contact made to advise us that the late night shuttle would be late so we were standing there with a crowd of guests waiting to leave

Would not recommend. Booked service for our Wedding which included initial pickup of wedding party from hotel to venue and end of the night pickup to return to hotel. Originally was going to use taxi service to transport guests back to hotel at the end of the night, I was persuaded by the owner to add additional service using a 24-person shuttle bus which was extra. I inclined as it would save $ compared to a taxi service. He fulfilled his obligation with original 9-person taxi. However, at the end of the night, he continued to use same limo for guest drop off. No 24-passenger shuttle was ever used. Called him personally to address the discrepancy and in light of the fact that the shuttle was never used, was promised a voucher to make up for the difference in price. Never received the voucher after several weeks of last contact. As the groom at the end of the night, I had to sit on the floor of the 9-passenger limo on the way back to the hotel. Disorganized, and sincere lack of ownership with customer complaints. Probably fine if you want a one-way destination, when it's important (like your wedding day), choose another company.

Used Memory Lane services recently for taking our group of 9 to a concert downtown Toronto. Brian was such a gentleman and took great care and pride in his service. We’ve used these services a number of times before and always with great courtesy and professionalism. We’ll use Memory Lane again and recommend.
