Dr Wong Markham Dental

Dr Wong has been the dentist for our whole family for years. Everyone in our family loves him. Dr Wong is very professional, patient and trustworthy. He makes our every dental visit a pleasant experience. He also know how to deal with children and my kids never hesitate when they need to visit him. I would highly recommend Dr Wong to everyone.

We have been with Dr. Wong for many years! He is a very professional dentist. We just visited his new office yesterday, and congrats Dr. Wong! The new office is awesome with all the brand new advanced equipments! The only cons is a little far from us now, but worth the driving!

Best dental service I ever visited! Dr. Wong is friendly and experienced. The excellent and professional skills, together with really good price are not just good for adults, I was really impressed about my kids' happy experience here too. My 2 young kids always cry crazily when seeing dentist at other places, but they were very quiet and co-operative while seeing Dr. Wong. And after the service was done, they even told me they like here and want to come to Dr. Wong's office every time for dental service in the future. It really surprised me as I thought coming to dental office is one of the scariest thing to them. For first time in their life, they like to coming to dental office because of Dr. Wong. Strongly suggest when you need dental service, regardless of age.

Best dentist I've ever had! Throughout my life I've always had trouble sticking to certain dentists because the experience was so awful. However, Dr. Wong is so great at his job and makes cleanings, fillings, etc. painless and surprisingly enjoyable. He also thoroughly explains any questions or concerns I may have, as you can tell he has his patients' wellbeing as his best interest. His team is also very professional and kind.

My kids have been with Dr. Wong from before he opened this office. We're sticking with him because we like him. Always very friendly and thorough.

Have you ever been forced to take x-ray on your teeth when you have concern on any potential hazard on your health while the dentist (Dr Wong) told you upfront that he has another appointment so will not come back to check your teeth after the cleansing procedures? Very disappointed with how one is being treated as a customer. Do not really think this is due to language barrier but more how professional and customer oriented the dentist is. The cleansing process ended up with the bill amount being double up as we have insurance coverage. Be cautious when you are seeing this clinic and the dentist next time.

Very poor customer service reception. One of them called me to reconfirm an appointment 2 days in advance. I told her I will be using my insurance and asked about pricing; she didn't tell me right away and said she will add a note on her side.Since it is my first time using insurance, I was not sure how to process it properly. They didn’t handle it when I checked in and left it until it was time to pay. The receptionist didn’t know how to process it properly and made me pay for the service myself to make the claim afterwards. (The confirmation receptionist didn’t make a note?) The receptionist used the excuse of being busy to justify not handling it during my visit. It turns out, they wrote my policy number wrong, meaning the claim had to be resubmitted again. With this kind of service, I won't go back to visit this dental office and would not recommend this to anyone else.

Dr Wong has been our family dentist for many years, he is very professional and friendly. He removed two wisdom teeth and fixed a few cavities for me. Definitely recommended as a family dentist.
