The BLT salad was okay, but it was presented in an interesting manner! Never seen so much lettuce on one plate. Staff was super friendly and accommodating to last minute walk-ins.

When you need to take a break from shopping at Holt Renfrew this is the perfect place to relax. They had a lovely afternoon tea but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to experience it this time. We came in excited about the mimosa which was introduced to us at $10 which we thought was amazing! But then the server came back to say they ran out of ingredients and that the only options were cocktails at $18. We weren’t too happy with that. After about 30 mins or so, she finally came back to offer the same price for another cocktail. Changed my mind about the whole experience and so we were very pleased with their ability to offer a solution. We ordered the pancakes which were absolutely devine - fluffy, tasty ricotta cheese with light cream and blueberry sauce. Yummy! Will come back another time.

Classy setting with food and service at par with fine dining. Thus it is a diner au café extraordinâire. Food prices and servings are decent. And food is good as it looks, taste matches its exquisite plating/presentation.

As always the service was very quick and efficient. Diners were well socially distanced. No one was sitting at the bar, only tables.The new decor is open and bright with rich touches here and there.The food was great. Not a fan of the ricotta (made in house), but the rest of the salad was amazing. Perfect for an afternoon brunch.Haven’t had a mixed drink I didn’t like here. Their bar staff is always quiet imaginative and forward thinking.

Had a nice Sunday brunch with my family here. The interior is beautiful and simple, service was good and efficient, and the food was not bad, but also not the best. I did enjoy my chicken and waffles.. we also loved the pancakes and the smoked salmon was nice and fresh from the bennies. The homefries were a tad bit dry and underseasoned. There was a good variety of items on the menu and all decently priced. A nice place to sit after a day of shopping though that's for sure.

Thank you Sumin for your outstanding service and to the kitchen staff for a quality dining experience! The Seafood Tower was a perfect bite-sized selection of delicately seasoned la vie de mer. As the son of a San Francisco restaurateur I can tell you the fresh flavors of the sea were well matched to each flavor profile without covering the wonderful seafood! Cheers to the Holts Cafe staff and management for this hidden gem at Holt Renfrew…an oasis from the frenzy of life and shopping.

Came here for some desserts on a hot day and it was lovely. Elegant, contemporary, and clean atmosphere. The desserts were absolutely delicious. The waiter we had was very friendly and funny. A friend had a delicious looking steak salad but did not have room to try! Would definitely come back again to try and recommend to others!
