Worked for 3 months as remote call center agent. Got a call one day, was to told I was fired. I got a appreciation letter for my performance few hours ago on the same day. Unprofessional and inhumane. Just what you expect from a call center

I wish i could do Zero stars. Awful service from this call centre. Always send rental calls to our strata managers. Can hear peoples kids and dogs in the background some times, very un-professional attitude from many of their employees. Save your time and go with literally anyone else.

i worked here for roughly 6 months.. Then get 1 bad review from someone who they had 0 proof of who the review was from, it could’ve been anyone who knows I work there or anyone who hated me! They dismissed because of this review and had no proof of anything. There was a 3 rule write up that was written and signed in the contract and I had never been written up before. If i could give -1000 stars I would! Some of the people are nice but a lot of them don’t care about you or your well being and they work you to your bone! They scheduled me 6 days a week anywhere from 9-12 hour days, sometimes I would go 15 to 16 days without a day off. Do not recommend working for them at all!

Working from home and have been with Surecal for 5 years. Haven't left as the Culture here is amazing. Great place to work, staff is beyond awesome. Started on the Frontline and have had different positions here indicating plenty of growth opportunities. Don't see myself leaving anytime soon!

Called and got transferred around 10-15 times. After requesting to speak to a higher up/manager, they hung up on me. I call again, requesting a manager. Spoke to a manager" only to find out they are even worse. No communication skills. Don't bother with these people. Save yourself the time and effort."

Your limitations:1. Inaccurate texting.2. Some agents are rude, they will hangup on you while explaining emergency maintenance responsibility.3. Some agents does not know what is emergency and what not.Make sure you listen to on-call maintenance personnel.-Adrian TPFA

I have been working for SureCall for 9 months now and I have to say it is an amazing company to work for. They have awesome support to give to all of the team members. They have amazing training, the highest support from a company I have ever worked for. It has been such a rough year for me and having that support is absolutely priceless. We are a team here and that shows daily.

This company is a soul sucking disaster. You could pull random strangers off the street and they would be better managers then those currently employed. If your sadistic or love being bullied then this is the perfect place. Note: be prepared to constantly lied to and never expect a raise or a carrier path no matter what they say
