I used these guys in the past to fix windows on my rental properties. Their customer service has declined heavily over the past six years to the point where we had to find someone else. They couldn't fix any of the windows we were bringing in. The snide and condescending remarks I can do without. I won't be back. Shopping at Chinook glass instead.
