I love coming to this location. I didn’t realize it was only curbside pickup so when I called the store , the lady I spoke with was so friendly. She took my order, got my paint and processed my payment all within 10 minutes. Seriously that’s amazing! Worth the drive from Orangeville!! Thanks again for the easy transaction!!

The store is great and very helping staff there. the paint itself is little expensive than other big store paints but they are worth their value.Never had any issue with any of their paints.

I visited your store on last Sunday (4 September) I reached there at 3:54 and there was no one in the store while your lights are on and next day was labour day so I was in the need of paint but you guys were closed before your closing time.

Sales personnel very knowledgeable of products and super friendly! I trust their recommendations. I have always been happy with the product(s) application and the finish. They also assisted in tracking paint codes that I had used in the past. Historical data, that I depend on when repainting or touching up. My Go-To Paint store.

We were on the hunt specifically for a quart of tinted deep base exterior flat or satin paint. Already made SEVERAL trips to Dulux and another SW contractor store. The young lady (Alesa?) who served us found exactly what we needed, tinted it EXACTLY to the block of concrete we provided utilizing a digital densitometer and also provided the minimal amount of paint we required. Didn't have to spend $100 for a gallon of paint. She did her job seamlessly (being happy, courteous and 200% helpful) and was obviously very well versed in her job. This couldn't go without a review considering everyone else talked supply chains and unavailability of quart sized cans.This employee should be well respected and always put at the top of your list!

I recently had an unfortunate experience at this paint store location. My partner and I visited the store with the simple request of having our paint mixed to a slightly darker shade. While being refused service is already disappointing, it was the manner in which we were spoken to that truly shocked us.The employee who attended to us (east Asian man) exhibited a remarkably rude demeanor throughout our interaction. Instead of simply declining our request, he chose to express his refusal in a condescending and offensive manner. Phrases such as, I won't even be touching this paint

Front store clerk Amanda, did a amazing job.I work for a builder and it was very hard to find a 6 year old paint. She did everything possible to find and I am very grateful. This was third visit over the past year for various paints. The service was good with an exact match of the old paint; as such, I was able to touch up as required without the need to repaint the entire wall as the sales associate indicated may have been required.

This was my first time having to shop for paint and my first visit to the store. My sister and I were greeted on our way in and the great customer service never stopped. The associate (name started with an S..sorry have forgotten the full name), was outstanding. He assured and offered suggestions, was courteous and very helpful. I appreciated his input and felt comfortable throughout the whole experience. It felt like genuine help and made the experience a success. Thank you for your hard work S and for your teammates as well, who also appeared to have a lot of knowledge. Your store will be my first stop the next paint project i have. It was wonderful, keep up the good work!!
