No product knowledge. Since the new owner took over the prices have increased and the employees have very limited knowledge about their products. I asked the gentleman today if the chlorella that they have is pasteurized and he said there is no pasteurization of things like this only milk. LOL. When I ask my second question about whether or not he would suggest spirulina or chlorella he hung up on me. It's very unfortunate that many customers are getting bad advice on their health and nutrition from here."

Excellent, five stars standards of customer service from Sandra at Vitamins First.It was tempting to use Amazon to buy supplements. But, I wanted to get a specialist product quickly. So, a few weeks ago, I phoned Vitamins First at Beddington Towne Centre. And the lady was knowledgeable and professional. In Calgary, the standards of customer service delivered by most people is truly inferior. So, it was refreshing to speak to someone who sounded professional.And then, about an hour later, I visited Vitamins First. And Sandra, who seems to be its manager made a great first impression. She showed good knowledge of the products she sells and she spoke in a really patient and professional manner. I left Vitamins First feeling that not all retail outlets in Calgary employ people who just don't take any pride in serving customers.Since that day, I made another visit to Vitamins First to speak to Sandra. And, Sandra's professionalism and efficiency made me compelled to write this Google Review to make sure we Calgarians recognize the good work being done by a few people in our retail sector. And just likethe name of this company, Vitamins First, Sandra puts the customer first. And this is the essence of excellent, FIVE STARS customer service.

I moved here last May. I went in looking for an item, and right away I knew this was a place for me. Everytime I go in the ladies there are just fabulous. Loads of info and they do not pressure anyone. I recommend this place to everyone. Char Lohnes Thank-you
