Cardinal Home Inspections
Jeff was recommended to us in a list of 5 other inspectors. Jeff was the first one to actually answer his phone so we chose him, called him Wednesday and had the inspection Friday. The level of knowledge professionalism and high quality gear did not go unnoticed by us. He explained everything at the property as well as provided us with a 30 page detailed report with pictures. He even had a quick look at an outbuilding that I forgot to mention when booking the appointment. I would highly recommend Jeff again.

We were very happy with Jeff's level of professionalism as he completed our home inspection, as well as the hi tech tools he uses to complete the inspection. He took the time to answer any questions we had, and he showed a genuine sense of caring when going through his inspection. Results were thorough and informative.
