Hydro-Québec - Poste Outaouais
Great service by the guys in the truck! 60 kph winds took down a tree that cut power off to my neighbour's house. They are at the end of the road so only their house was affected. Within a few hours the Hydro truck showed up and after about 45 minutes had the power restored. Conditions were harsh but they were well trained professionals who got the job done, kind of like soldiers but instead of killing people they were helping them! Bravo!

I gave notice that I would be moving out of province. They sent my last bill to my old address (the one i moved from) , then sent unpaid notices to the same address, then send t it to collections... A bill for $55...why on Earth you couldn't just call or email is perplexing. Instead I had to be informed by the sketchiest collection agency ever that I have an outstanding bill payment. When questioned they told me they do not contact customers but phone...you are a multi-million dollar public corporation, pick up the phone.
