In a world where knowledgeable staff and good customer service seems to be fading, Luken Marine does it right. Ken and Brad have been excellent in answering questions and selling me the right product for my needs. I had them do some work on my OMC drive last year and I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated and quality of work. I recommend them to anyone I know with a boat.

If one believes in God's country and God's people at work then you would experience that feeling with the treatment and service one gets at this Marina. My 1987 bow rider needed a new outdrive and having called numerous places all I was getting as responses was No parts, all booked up until end of the year, model year of the boat too old etc.I found Luken Marina website as I was browsing through the internet and upon two phone conversations with The front office I was given an appointment to bring the boat over and they would work on it and then call me back when it was ready for pick up.Well 30 hours after the boat was left at the Marina I got this unexpected call that the boat was ready for pick up.Well that call made me cry when a few days ago there was no hope for a quick repair and here as God's Miracle the boat was back on the water within hours. I wish to thank the owners and operators of the Marina Cindy and her Husband Ken for their exemplary service. There are very few places nowadays where we can get that sort of trustworthy service.Keep up the good work, you are the best.

Great customer service, has a lower for my OMC in stock. The owners were very kind and great to deal with. Even gave my son and I some free Merch while we were there.

I have been a customer for years. Ken, Brad and the staff at Luken are the best. Very competent, professional and nice people. Even though I live in Michigan, it is worth my while to bring my boat here for maintenance and repairs. (Go USA dollar!) When they fix your boat, it will be done right, and done on time. If you have OMC drives, get to know the Luken people. They WILL have the parts you need!

Exceptional service, very knowledgeable and helpful staff, fair pricing. Highly recommended for their extensive used parts inventory as well. I wish they were closer to Kingston!

September 2022 Update: Just finished our 3rd season on the rebuilt motor from Luken Marine, still runs like a top. Just under 100 hrs and have had no issues and the motor runs strong, highly recommend Ken and the team at Luken.Had the engine replaced by Ken and the team at Luken. They did a great job and we are so happy to have our boat back. New engine has been great so far, would definitely recommend Luken Marine.

Luken marina is a great place to dock a boat. It's about a 10 minute boat ride along the Thames river to lake St. Clair. It is close to the lighthouse cove and only a short car drive to Tilbury and Jeannettes Creek. This area has some of the friendliest residents around.

This place saved me a lot if money. My local mechanic told me I fried gears in my outdrive. I drove 3 hours and crossed the Canadien border after talking to Luken on the phone. They diagnosed a bad engine coupler by looking at the splines on the outdrive shaft. They then looked the outdrive over and installed a new shaft for minimal cost. They know their stuff and are great to work with. Great customer service. Thank you so much.

Bought a rebuilt engine and it originally had some minor kinks that I could not find myself. After letting them know they sent someone down over 3 hours away to pick up the boat and fix it back at their shop. 3 days later the boat was returned and has been running perfectly ever since. Very polite and respectful people who will do whatever is needed to remedy a problem. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for boat service.
