Pinnacle Animal Hospital
Love the attention they gave to our new pup!!! We never felt rushed by the vet and she answered all our questions and even provided links to additional training videos that she recommended! We felt so welcomed from the minute we walked in the door right from the receptionist, to the veterinary tech and the vet herself. We would recommend this office to everyone and their furry friends!

I've been taking my animals here to see Dr. Pender since 2007. He is such an amazing veterinarian, plus all the other staff are amazing as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Went to Pinnacle 18 years ago, moved & when we moved back went directly to Pinnacle again. Lovely place still. Staff very friendly & efficient. Henri was very pleased with all the attention!

My dog can be very reactive in stressful situations but he LOVES the staff here. They're always super fast and do an amazing job and make sure my boy gets the best care. :) Very kind people and very helpful.

Dr. Tan was absolutely amazing. She was very thorough in her examination and caring. She kindly answered all our questions and took her time examining our pup. We left there feeling great and our pup felt even better. Our hope is to continue with Dr. Tan for many years to come. Thank you!

Doctor Sarah Seguin very adequately explained in detail what Brandy would be having done, liked that. I am sure they took good care of him and he is coming along very well. Aftercare was thoroughly explained by her assistant. This is the second day and all is well. Thank you everyone. Price was a little more than I expected but guess it had to be.

Been with this clinic for over 18 years. Their staff are super helpful and friendly. Very informative and knowledgeable. They explain everything thoroughly and are such amazing people to talk to.They're all for helping their clients and the animals. They're willing to work with you the best they can. Which makes them an incredible animal clinic. Highly recommended! By far my most favorite vet clinic in the Ottawa Valley!Was fun time taking my 9 puppies to their first vet visit! Lots of jokes and laughs! Wonderful people there! So refreshing to see people with a sense of humour! Definitely brightened my day.

Pinnacle is very attentive to our pet’s needs and very thorough. Very accommodating for appointments. I have been with Pinnacle Animal Hospital for at least 25 years when Andy and Blake started. The staff has grown in numbers bc of the demand from increased patients. I highly recommend PINNACLE ANIMAL HOSPITAL!❤️
