Coach Chrystal rocks. My wife Marina and I have for the past 6 years been active (5-6 days a week) members of two Crossfit Clubs. One in Alberta that we loved and then PCF in Sidney. Our progress stalled at PCF and so we registered with Chrystal for personal training. Chrystal brings lots of experience, knowledge, patience and genuine enthusiasm to her students. We saw more development, improved technique and skills than in the past 2 years. We whole heartedly recommend Chrystal for anyone who wants to improve their fitness, weight lifting technique, gymnastics and mobility.

Chrystal is an outstanding RMT. Her knowledge is extensive, and she is extremely skilled at helping to relieve pain and tightness in the body. She is also a very compassionate and caring individual. I am beyond grateful for the way Chrystal has supported the health of myself and my family members over the past years. She is an asset to have in our lives.

I appreciated Chrystal’s communication before and during the treatment. She listened to my concerns, asking a lot of questions making sure she fully understood my issues. Throughout treatment she made sure I felt comfortable and that nothing was painful. Fantastic treatment!!

This was my first visit with Chrystal and I found her to be very thoughtful, compassionate and mindful to my needs. She was very knowledgeable in explaining what triggers my pain and steps to help lessen it. She followed all covid protocols. Her room was peaceful with calming music playing. I highly recommend Chrystal.

This place is off the beaten path. It's really well run. The in-take process felt really thorough. I felt like Chyrstal was trying to do the work necessary to figure out why I may have health issues and how massage therapy can play a role in that. The massage itself was really good and gave me relief from my symptoms.

Chrystal does a fantastic job of treating what ails you. She takes the time at the beginning of each massage to listen and make sure your comfortable. She is actively involved in fitness training and offered great instruction on how to improve my level of fitness.
