Prices slightly better than Victoria Secret BUT I wouldn't shop there again. The quality is far inferior to Victoria Secret, even though both stores sell equally cute bras and panties.

Bella helped me at this store and she was absolutely amazing. She greeted me when I went in the store and helped me with everything I needed. She was super friendly and made my experience lovely. Customer service was 11/10, will definitely be back!!

Bra and underwear shopping here is great however ... whats with the selection of lounge wear??? It literally looks like they are selling last years left over Christmas stuff. In fact I know they are because I bought some of it last year! Its brutal. The store also has this out dated feel to it too now. I expect they will probably close their doors soon too.

I was in the store right before the lockdown happened and I could not have had a better experience shopping!!! The ladies who work here at absolutely amazing and kind! There is a short lady with long black hair who is such a sweetheart and took all the time to help me pick out bras and parties. She helped me find my size since before I was wearing the wrong one and it was giving me back pain! Now I wear a proper size and I feel great!!! I wish I got her name (it started with an N I think) she was the best and from now on I plan on only coming to this location.

Good selection. Reasonably easy to hunt down an employee. Cool sale wheel contest thing. Strange choice of music for the store--kind of club like.

They're not the most size inclusive, but the sales women treated my mother super nicely during their boxing day sale which I hugely appreciated. It was incredibly busy and (Nora? I think and another kind blonde woman) took their time to help my mom find the right size and picked out a few things to try on, and even got us a changing room right away. My mother had a great experience and by proxy, so did I.

I was at La senza over the week end, and I have never felt so un welcome in a store before. The manager, watched mine and my girlfriends every move, did not let us breath , was listening to our conversation, was on my case, followed us during the entire time we were shopping and at the end as we paid four our stuff that was 300 dollars, she called a security guard and we are sure it was for us. never again will I go back ! what about me speak theif ?Felt so intense, never again they lost a customer this week end!

Went in over the weekend and boy was the staff member that I spoke to unfriendly and unhelpful. I saw a few walking the store and no one asked if I needed help. I reached out to one woman in particular to show her the items I was interested in purchasing from the website and she pointed me in the direction of one thing ( wasnt even the product I was looking for)and said the rest of the items were online only. Even though I called beforehand to make sure they weren't. Never going back. I felt like she was down talking me and my husband was even uncomfortable with how she treated us.

Fantastic place to go shopping for the gift for your wife, girlfriend, or... special someone.The prices are a little steep, however the clothes are quite high quality and then there is that Wow" factor from getting a gift from La Senza."
