Had the displeasure of speaking with Greg in service. Unfortunately some people should not be in the customer service business but obviously North Country has low standards. Looking for consistent experienced service don’t waste your time, call the team at Excalibur, they get customer service.

Had a good experience dealing with this company. Dealt with a parts lady that quickly found what I was looking for then found a way to get it to me overnight at a good price. Would have given 5 stars but the second person I dealt with, Chris, didn’t follow up as promised. Then when he did follow up, he had incorrect information on the package delivery. As he was to texting me to place the blame on the parts lady for not sending the package the previous day, the package arrived. Then hours later he sent me the tracking number?Gotta take the good with the bad, keep the parts lady and maybe put chris in the back of the house not dealing with customers? Just saying.

Liz was my sales rep and she was fantastic and knowledgeable, ask for her help on your next purchase! Staff were professional and respected Covid guidelines and over the phone purchasing was a breeze.
