They are often closed without notice I’ve rented a trailer for nothing. Googled the hours before and showed Open.It had happened 3 times in the last 5 weeks that I show up and they closed early or just plain closed on a Saturday!

Tried to order landscaping material at the Orleans location, specifically flagstones, which was priced at $5.99/ sq.ft at the Ottawa South location. For some reason they were selling it at $8/sq.ft in orleans. I inquired at the Ottawa south location if prices are suppose to be the same in orleans and was told yes, but the staff /management in orleans were unwilling to be helpful in that regards. They had no explanation and were very dismissive even after the pricing confirmation from the Ottawa south location.
