Ask me anything about detailing! Okay, not everything, but I was clueless a few weeks ago. We normally washed our cars with dish detergent and dollar store MF (microfiber) cloths - gasp right?I was looking for the best detailing products to use, and researched foam guns, car shampoos, rinseless washes, two bucket systems, 3 gallon vs. 5 gallon buckets, grit guards, MF cloths vs. mitts, drying cloths, tire dressings, wheel and engine degreasers, wheel brushes, leaf blowers (yes, you read right!), the list was endless!I read about 3D Products Canada in an automotive forum, and spoke to Jordan (several times) about specific products, and if they were in stock. I had so many questions! Their Vaughan location is also quite far, so it was best if I could pick everything up in one shot.Jordan was just as super friendly in person. I wanted to streamline the detailing process, and he walked me through the required products. I went through all the steps with him, but he also said I could call any time I needed help. Jordan also teaches detailing classes, for those interested in starting their own detailing business, or as a hobby. I knew he was giving me the best advice.While I spent a small fortune, I know I have excellent products, and I am super happy about my purchases. 3D Products has everything you can possibly think of to detail your car! We have been using 3D Products since 2019 and we’ve been so impressed with the amazing results we receive and we couldn’t be more happy with the way that our cars look after using them! Hi everyone, just want to tell my opinion about this company. We bought our first machine in July, 2 months later the machine start to leak, we came back to 3D and it took 2 weeks for it to fix and it’s been said that this is bad patch, and everything is fixed. It’s been a month after and guess what? Start to leak again, and having smoke coming out of machine, we came back, and again it was a manufacture mistake meanwhile we got a second machine fixed everything and a month later it’s leaking and smoking. DONT LISTEN THAT IT WILL TAKE A WEEK, IT ALWAYS TAKE LONGER. NOW WE HAVE 2 MACHINES THAT KEEP BRAKING, and WE KEEP BRINGING THEM BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE ANOTHER CHOICE.MACHINES ARE MYTEE 8070 lite that can’t even work for 5 hours a day. The manager of their company replied once, tried to help, when machines were back, one of them is fired on the 3rd day. And now I need to wait for 2 weeks.I wouldn’t recommend buying machines at this company.. there weren’t even a week when they both worked…

Being the owner of a detailing business I found Bryan and the rest the team here at 3D were quite knowledgeable. They have something for everyone and everything.From entry level polishers to full rotary units to wet sanding units, everything needed for detailing is available here.They are also a licensed repair center and distributor for Mytee products.A huge bonus is the ability to go into the back and test products. Want to see what their 3D AAT 501 Compound is like? Test it in the back, all machines, pads and chemical mixes are available.

The worst company ever!! Don’t buy cleaning machines here, better go to Whitby, we have 2 machines 1080 Mytees lite, they are leaking from bottom that leads to shortage and obviously pump is dead. Each machine was in service 7 times per year. Don’t trust Justin, he will tell you it’s only a week to fix, no it’s not it’s minimum 2 weeks, their mechanic Gus that is not only mechanic but they general manager doesn’t even know what he is doing. And he will tell you on the phone that he is engineers trust me I’m better dancer that he is engineer. The same problem keeps happening 7 times and only now he decides to connect to Mytee, bravo you just realized now. Anyway, we are keep all our records and took a picture of the pump that was fixed 3 days ago and has a crack, came back to 3d now they want us to pay after the job is already done. And trust me they will throw you from person to person. No one is responsible there. Now, Justin said they their company no longer supports us as well as mytee. I guess that’s all he can do. Never go there, never
