Not very welcoming. My car service was delayed by about an hour. In the end, Paul Chernyavskyy made sure I mark yes to all the questions about my experience with his service in the survey as if I did not understand how to fill out the survey questionnaire. Overall, I would avoid this place.

Got a flat and called for service. They assured me they could fix it that day. 5 minutes after I drop it off they call back and actually, it'll be at least 2 weeks.

Curtious service personnel. They also have a fantastic video procedure to review what the mechanic is doing and recommends. In the end, they send you an itemized list of what needs to be done and what is recommended. You just select and respond.

I am a long time customer of this organization and am generally satisfied with their service standards, but often their representatives fall below the expectations. I recently visited their showroom on their invitation. Had a long chat with an agent on the matter of my car. The matter was time sensitive and the agent despite promising didn't get back at all. So it proved to be a lost promotion opportunity for me just because of one of their agents.

Not a very good first time impression. Had an appointment for a safety recall and decided to get oil change at same time. Dropped of truck at 10:30 am as per appointment. Got a text from dealership at 12:30 saying I missed my appointment. Called In and found out they missed my appointment and brought in truck at 1:00 PM. Was called telling me truck was ready. Go to pick up truck to find out saftey recall parts on back order when i was told parts were available. What an inconvenience. More concerned on doing oil change then safety recall. Not happy I have to bring in truck for 2nd visit.

Just picked up a new Tucson. Smooth process ordering. Bill kept us up to date through the build and shipping. When picking up the vehicle Cheryl, the delivery coordinator, gave us a great run down of all the features and answered any questions we had.

They are really helpful and I liked their service.Served by Ryan and he was gentle and polite. My visit was during the COVID-19 pandemic I liked their sanitization availability and they kept all the cleaning materials available and handy. 4 star because they need to improve their customer handling and time schedule I had to wait 20 mins for someone to come and talk to me although I booked time slot for the test drive.I would say need a little polish, but overall had great experience. Keep it up!

There was a recall for our 2014 Hyundai Tucson. The take-in service representative was very pleasant and thorough. There was no other contact with service technicians or sales staff, although there was a greeting from one sales staff (female). I don't know that I would return for further service or purchase. Gyro shares lot with Mazda. Both recently relocated from west to east side of Laird. Renovations are ongoing.

This service department is the worst, the time it takes to get anything done is outrageous. I have no idea how they take appointments but they never seem to have a record I'm coming in. They know what the problem is, no one tries to get ahead of the problem..... I came in with a water damaged key fob.I have now been here for an hour and a half. Like seriously this is the worst.Don't get your servicing done at this Mazda, the service manager doesn't seem to care what is going on.... Anyways, what a joke this place is
