June27 2023 Riley was the technician who came to check our air conditioner. He was very pleasant and very efficient. He rolled up the hose when finished cleaning the air conditioner and left things neat and tidy.. Riley also helped us with the thermostat app on our phone as we had a new email change. Being seniors he was very patient with us and answered our questions very knowledgeably. Riley represented your company well. It was refreshing to witness someone young working who enjoyed his job.Thank you Jan Bedard.

Invoice has no breakdown. Price was outrageous for an hours work, we purchased parts but the invoice doesn’t reflect that. This was for their plumbing services.They couldn’t even tell us their hourly rate but I was desperate for a plumber. Never again!

We had an air conditioner installed by Arctic. Barry the owner did a wonderful job explaining our options and going over all the details. Karen handled the scheduling, and after a couple of hiccups she was able to get the installation firmed up. The reason for three stars is the actual installation. The two gentlemen who did the work seemed efficient enough, but looked less than happy to be there. Not really sure why they appeared that way, as my wife and I tried to be friendly. It made an otherwise decent installation less than a customer might expect. We understand that anyone can have a bad day, and hope that our experience was unusual in that regard.

Having had many dealings with Arctic over the past few months, I cannot begin to say how pleased I was. Barry, the owner and comfort consultant was always kind and professional while Karen, the office manager was always a delight to deal with. Nice people you can trust.

Stay away from these guys. They will put in what use ask for but then try to get them to come by and repair it and all you'll hear is crickets. Was told multiple times they would call back. We are still waiting. We were without hot water for over a month and finally had to call another company.

We had a heat pump installed by Postma and Jeff and Kody were very courteous and professional. Very happy with the installation. Worked hard and didn't waste time.
