As a first timer to the auction on line experience I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the whole endeavour from the ease of choosing my products to the friendliness of the staff when picking up my order. Keep it going Blake. THE SKYS THE LIMIT!!!!!

I won an item from the auction and according to the instructions, I can pay with cash at pick up time. I tried calling their phone number multiple times and it always goes to voicemail. I left a voicemail, I sent an email and I also reached the pick up location (which is a house) and rang the bell but no one opened the door. Now the item I won is taken off my cart since I exceeded the time limit to pick it up but I tried everything to pick it up on time! Is this site and other reviews fake?Response to owner: I reached Thursday Oct 14 at 5:30 PM (your website mentions open till 6 and to reach atleast 15 mins before closing time). I called twice then and I called again after an hour and left a voicemail to check if I can pick it up on Sunday. The item is Jolly Jumper Weathershield for Single Strollers.
