Rob is the best IT expert I've ever worked with. He is knowledgeable, helpful, innovative and responsive. He takes computer challenges and makes the fixes look easy. He efficiently remotes in to my device for most issues, but also does 'house calls' when necessary. Plus, he's a really interesting guy to talk to, so we share a lot of laughs. I highly recommend RW Networks!

Have used RN Networks for 10 -15 years. I am beyond useless when it come to computers/printers etc. Rob used to come by house when he lived in South Surrey and fix the problem. Now that he has moved to the Island I still use him. Takes about 30 seconds for Rob to log in remotely. Bing, bang, boom he logs in and works his magic. Would recommend Rob to anyone.

More then very happy with the service from RW Networks inc. I received a response immediately to my request for help. My old computer had many problems which Rob was able to fix quickly and right away. He also explained to me in terms I could understand, as I am computer illiterate, some of the cause of the problems. The cost was more than reasonable. Remote repair is great - no more unhooking the computer lugging to a repair shop and waiting days and days to be repaired. I am so glad RW Networks was referred to me.
