No complaints on customer service. Alyssa was helpful each time we went in before making our decisions, as were the other salespeople. Delays in delivery are not the fault of local store but warehouse in Tacoma, finding drivers and border delays. May have waited awhile but service was good. Deliveries were within estimated time frame, 10 minute ahead call and good service. Thanks Ashley HomeStore Salmon Arm!

Neil at the Salmon Arm store was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattress and box spring. Definitely will be back in for more furniture purchases in the future. What a difference in customer service between the Kelowna and Salmon Arm stores.

The staff are friendly and welcoming before our transaction was finalized and paid for. After that, we've experienced such terrible customer service. We've purchased twice - the products are fine however, we were promised to get our products in 1 week but it took 3 weeks. The staff fell short on warning us, no courtesy or apologetic behaviour either. The second time, there were inconsistencies in communication (even after we did our due diligence and called ahead of time to make sure it was ready). This is one of the only furniture stores in Salmon Arm, but rest assured that we will never come back.
