Pantechnicon Communications Inc.

I have an office in shared office space with other professionals where Pantechnicon supplies phone service. The owner (of Pantechnicon) is honest and tries to fix issues, but if you are expecting to make even occasional overseas calls, based on my experience, you will not be satisfied. The owner explained that hackers require him to cut overseas calling to avoid losses. Unfortunately, he then had difficulty restarting overseas service. I spent considerable time on the phone with him trying to work through issues without success. The owner eventually confirmed he was not willing to suffer losses and that if I wasn't satisfied, to consider other providers. My solution will likely be to opt-out of the service, and try Vonage or RingCentral.Howard Gerson
