This company is the worst I have dealt with. They never called to let you know the delivery was going to be late. When you called them, you always get voice mail. I am still waiting for a metal security door to be delivered and installed for over a month. I had the security bars installed for all windows in my house in March. Again, it took way longer than what they had promised. I had to keep calling them for updates. The craftsmanship of the security bars was not great. If you are shopping for window security bars and doors, don't bother with this company. Pay a little more and get better service from other places.
