Worst experience ever. I've been to this establishment 4 times in the last 2 months. Orders are wrong, staff is super slow and don't expect the people loading your vehicle to rush either. I will never come back here!

Really good service and awesome customer relations

A Robert Bury inside sales representative informed me by e-mail that a stock of 4 x 8 ft. Baltic birch panels (BB/BB and/or BB/CP grade) were available for sale to the public. I ordered and purchased a single 24 mm, grade B/BB (according to the invoice) panel having been informed by the individual at the service counter that the stock was from Europe and of the highest quality. Unfortunately, the panel was clearly stamped “Made in China”, the face and back veneer was very thin, and the price per panel was approximately $20 more than an equivalent product (also made in China) that is sold by a local competitor. I believe I was misled and will return to my usual, trusted supplier.

They missing things on my orders

Tons of people, extremely slow service... Waited 30min to have someone bring me my material, only one other person before me... Then tells me I'll have to wait because my order is complicated... Never purchased, never going back.
