My wife brought our soda stream canisters in for exchange and was nicely directed to customer service. However the lady that was training a new employee at customer service was completely unprofessional, and beyond rude. Her statements of not knowing how the exchange program works with the different colors was completely unacceptable and as a patron to be lectured with a scolding tone at business I am trying to support blows me away. And to add to the matter, the new employee being trained will think this is an acceptable behavior.

New anti-shoplifting policies have been put into place. Essentially trapping all customers in the store and forcing them to use one exit only via the cash register line. Even after identifying that there was a health issue happening right then, staff refused to assist in using one of the other store exits. Completely unacceptable. Walking back and forth across the store to get denied exit in the automotive service area and at the curtesy exit at customer service is unacceptable. I hope this policy gets addressed because it should be illegal to trap customers in your store.

Note this review is about the service center not the store. I like the store but the service center should be closed and turned into a warehouse. I brought my car in for a basic starter replacement and they told me it was the battery. When I got home the car would not start. Turned out it was the starter AND they installed the wrong type of battery. All in all I wasted $350 on the tow and $300 for the battery replacement plus over a week waiting for a new appointment at a real garage with real mechanics. Many people had warned me about taking my vehicle to canadian tire. I had to learn the hard way.

Curbside pickup couldn't be more frustrating and confusing. Signs lead you around back to nothing but a door that says Customer Pickup but is actually just a storage warehouse where customers aren't allowed access to. Figure out a better system

If you want to deal with high school girls! This is the place! You want to deal with unprofessionalism, this is the place! The attitude from the female employees is childish, cant be bothered by asking where an item is, just points in the air as if I'm to know where they're directing, depressing, never get help just looks of Ugh! What do you want?!" I would suggest to the "owner" to do a employee spring cleaning and hire people who ACTUALLY want to work

I went in looking for a deep fryer which was marked down 40% off. I checked online before going into the store they had three left. Looked around couldn't find one. Spoke to a pleasant associate she said let me check the stock. Comes up three left. I said your inventory is right then I checked before coming in! We had a chuckle! She went to get it and was back in about 10 minutes. Great customer service!

I asked the employee in the isle if they would price match a sale from peavy mart he confirmed that they would. The cashier didn't know how to do it and sent me to customer service who had me wait around to eventually tell me that they do not price match.

Don’t take your car to these clowns. Specially if you blow a flat they refuse to sell you 1 tire. In fact they will make you buy 4, even if you are not getting them installed by these idiots. Have a good mind to call the ministry of transportation and have the garage audited. Might as well take your car to a high school garage. **the car was not 4x4 or awd** even so, refusing to sell 1 tire is dirty business. Bunch of degenerates.
