I ordered a Vietnamese sub with lemon grass chicken. Here is what I get. A baguette skimmed the top ( the crunchy crust is gone). I can smell the baguette is burnt. So the cook probably think he can get away with it by cutting the top off. It literally looks like someone has took bites off my sandwich.The cashier must be new hire so I don't blame her that much for getting order mixed up and took longer to give me change. At least her co worker was trying to sort things out.But giving your customers imperfect product is not okay!!!Edited : I think they must have given me the wrong order afterall. As I said I got lemongrass chicken, but it tasted more like satay. It was overwhelmingly sweet, soy sauce based. Did not taste any lemongrass flavor at all.

Hands down the worst banh mi experience I've had so far. The staff clearly forgot my order so I ended up waiting 25 minutes. Once I opened it up, I found out they couldn't be bothered to completely cut it in half, and the food portions were quite small. The bun was also heavily toasted on one side. Also $3 for a can of pop?

The food was good and their portion sizes are filling. Went with a couple of friends - got the beef satay phó, chicken satay phó, and the beef ball phó. Everyone enjoyed what they got. The place has big windows and was filled with sunlight, nice place to meet with friends and talk over food.

Ordered Spring Rolls, Ca phe sua da (iced coffee), and beef bowl (standard pho).Spring Rolls were crunchy, flavourful, nice texture. Okay value for price.Pho was small for price ($11), but what put me off was that the broth was quite sweet - it was off putting. Could have just been a bad day. Came with flank meat and beef balls and was decent quality but could have been much better.Iced coffee was actually the highlight of the meal, despite the non-standard presentation. Coffee was quite strong, slightly bitter, but sweet enough - they added a good amount of condensed milk. Coffee was strong enough that I, as a high caffiene user, still felt quite affected by it.Summary - More expensive than value given. It is more of a take-out place so some of the negatives are explained but the broth being too sweet is a big hit. I can forgive the basic menu and presentation but there's a price premium for the convenience. Not bad but there are better places for pho

Food and service isn’t that bad compared to the price they are charging you. Broth of the pho was very surprising. If you like to challenge yourself, I would recommend this place.

I can only comment on the take away food. It is nothing like the photos suggest. I barely got any protein, it was on a ton of dry noodles with minimal nuoc cham. I hope our order was an anomaly but I won't be ordering again.

I came here with my mom that's on wheelchair. It was our first time here and we love it. We came here for a Sunday lunch and the place was about 20% full. So it was very spacious for me to find a table that I could settle my mom. The Satay noodle soup was so good. It wasn't the spicy satay but the peanuty satay soup based. I really enjoyed it. My mom had their Beef and Meatball soup and she also said we should come back again. Lastly, the restaurant here is so cute.Bonus star if there's one: The staff also helped me out by getting the door so that I could push the wheelchair out easier. That was a very nice touch for us and I really appreciate it.

My coworker has been coming to Nam since she’s worked close by, and she brought me along this time! Very happy staff, and they brought our food to the table we were at in good time! We had the lemongrass vermicelli bowls, and it was delicious!!! Great sauce on the meat, good portion size, fresh crisp veggies, and the spring roll was tasty! Hoisin and fish sauce on the table to add as you like.This is a great business that I am happy to support and will be back for more vermicelli and to try other menu items!

Absolutely loved it. They didn't have sauces for each table so I asked if they can make my pho spicy and it was really good. There's a hint of spicy curry on it with and crushed peanuts and its the first time I had a pho like this. There's only 1 size for the pho though. It's small but it's a relaxing and cozy. Large windows letting tons of natural light in. It's cheaply priced as well even though their bean sprouts serving was small. I understand this decision since lots of people don't really put it on their soup. Guess I'll just Ask them for extra Next time.

For a chain, NAM has excellent food. Let's be real: a bowl of soup hits the spot every time, but if you're not a soup fan, they have warm noodle bowls as well.Side note; if you have a peanut allergy, absolutely DO NOT eat here.
