LOVED our experience here when doing full renovation of our new home. Steven is the BEST and gave great, honest advice that made total sense to someone like me who simply doesn't have a clue. Overall very satisfied with their navigation around any pandemic challenges, the products, the selection, and the ease of transacting.

We recently had our home built. Margaret did an outstanding job in designing, pricing and then the all important follow up post installation. Delivered broken crown and trim, doors improperly measured to swing wrong directions. Overall, not satisfied. Better off going with Northfield, or Elmira trim and doors. Not using Riverside again and don't recommend them.

Great quality products and wonderful service! Sales representative really went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met and for a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend and we will be back for further purchases!

We recently used Riverside for our new custom closet and we are thrilled with the final product!The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us determine exactly what we wanted, and didn't want, in our closet. Having the showroom display at their head office was also a differentiator - way better than strictly online.They met their timelines and install went very well.We used Riverside for all the trim and baseboards when we moved into our home a few years ago and did not hesitate to use them for our closet. We've referred them to friends and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I decided to convert a spare room into a walk-in closet. My automatic go to was Riverside. Their team has always been amazing to work with and this was just another case. Right from the design stage Jeannine was great to work with, she was so patient and gave me exactly what I was after. The installers came over, on the time they were scheduled to (we all know not all trades do that!) however they did! Professional and clean! They cleaned up as they went and when they were done there was no messy evidence left behind. So happy with the outcome, by far my favourite room in the house right now!! Strongly recommend working with them. Worked with them professionally and now personally and have only good things to say.

My overall experience dealing with Riverside Millwork was excellent. The team set clear expectations on timelines for delivery and installation. The sales process was very clear, and their customer service was spot on. Once the trim work was completed in our basement the installation crew thoroughly cleaned up the area and went through all areas confirming nothing was missed. Working with Tom on our small basement renovation over the past few months has been a pleasure. His attention to detail, excellent customer service and product knowledge helped make the project run a little smoother. He even helped us out to carry some drywall down the stairs. We would definitely recommend his services to other friends and family members.

Furnished me with some excellent closet organizers, in a very attractive wood, at a price that came significantly lower than other bids. When I wasn't happy with an unfinished lip on the closet (that, admittedly, should have been taped at the wood shop but instead left a piece of MDF exposed), they very kindly came back and upgraded me with entirely new tops at their own expense. Stellar to work with and I'm quite satisfied, and will likely use them for future trim and milling work as I renovate the rest of the house!
