If I could give 6 stars I would. From the start of our search right through closing Riley was super helpful and professional. We are repeat customers as he supported our first purchase in Toronto a number of years ago. This time around he was equally helpful. We weren’t in a rush but wanted to find the right place. Riley is the most patient real estate agent I know. He sent us many listings and sprung into action when we wanted a viewing. He was very flexible always adjusting to our schedule. Riley provided us with information and advice about urgency of making decisions without ever pressuring us to make a decision. He is personable and took interest in the whole family. When it came to making an offer he has a unique ability to offer sound advice and back it up with facts and reasoning and transparency. It made us trust his advice which was instrumental in getting the accepted offer in the, all too common, bidding war. .He supported the purchase right through to closing - nothing ever seemed to be “too much” for Riley. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a real estate agent and will definitely be back next time. Thanks Riley.

Riley just helped us secure a new condo rental in what is an extremely competitive market... It became quite obvious that he has the inside track when it comes to real estate in Toronto. He knows every detail about the building prior to your visit along with the positive and negative factors that will affect your purchase or rental decision. His honesty and patience were appreciated in helping us find our condo and he was more than helpful and communicative throughout the process. His knowledge on the different niches within the city took a lot of time and stress out of the process. 100% would recommend.

This review is well overdue. Riley helped me buy my investment condo back in 2020 and because of the advice and guidance he provided along the way, I decided to get his expertise again in buying a new home. He was very responsive to messages/calls, acted quick to get us in for showings even if it meant driving to Brampton in rush hour at 5pm and he never pressured us to buy. My husband and I have been house hunting for 9 months and we finally found the one with Rileys excellent guidance along the way.
