Many thanks to Craig and his team for the successful install of a new furnace and AC unit to replace my 20 year old equipment. I had taken some time to review all the positive feedback online before obtaining and accepting a quote from Four Season Comfort. Craig did not disappoint. He walked me through the whole process and was quick to respond to all my questions before, during, and after the installation. The install itself took place on September 04th and was both efficient and flawless. Craig's team (Mike & Al), were very professional, prompt, and tidy. They took great care when removing the old units and also when setting the new units in place. They tested both units and then walked me through proper operation, gave me some good tips, and answered all my questions.The follow-up from Craig was great and he asked me to reach out anytime should I have further questions or encounter any issues. My old furnace and air conditioner needed replacement. After research, I decided to try Craig's company. Having technical background, I tried to figure out the best solution and after reading basics about furnace and AC types, capacities etc. asked Greg millions of questions. He answered with great level of detail and patience suggesting several options. Mike (technician) came to make measurements and also was very professional, polite and patient answering all questions.When installation time was arranged, the crew (Mike and Al) came on time. They put rags on the floor to prevent scratching, removed old and installed a new furnace. They also connected Google thermostat I bought. Craig followed up several days asking how everything is performing. Couple days later the crew was back for air conditioner installation because they had to wait until the snow melts. They removed old AC, levelled the base with gravel, put an anti-vibration pad and installed the new one on top. Both furnace and AC soldering, electrical connections and metal work on plenum looks very clean. Also Craig called after saying that in the summer he would send a technician to check the pressure in AC piping.Overall, I'm very happy with the experience. Working with Craig's team gives confidence the job is well done.

Craig and his team just completed my AC installation. My house was initially scheduled to close in the summer, but was constantly delayed due to the Covid pandemic, and Craig was very professional throughout the entire process and all the re-scheduling. Shortly after closing, Craig was one of the first contractors to reach out with an installation date, and his team showed up on time walked me through what they were doing and did an excellent job. I really do appreciate the team being cautious with the mud/snow outside and not bringing any of that in my home. The team also ensured I knew how everything worked before leaving for the day, and even Craig called me afterwards to answer any questions and give me recommendations on living in a brand new home. Could not have asked for a better experience

Our 27 year old AC finally gave in and had barely cooled the house even before that. We thankfully saw a post about the 2022 group buy in my feed and thought we were too late but contacted Craig anyway. Within a week we have had the new AC with handler installed. Team arrived per schedule and wasted no time whatsoever in getting to work. Even though the handler was in a tight spaced closet upstairs Craig's team quickly had the old unit taken out and replaced without the need for any drywall to be removed. Craig has followed up more than once after the install to ensure our unit is working as expected. We finally have a cool house and I would not hesitate in recommending Craig!

Craig and his crew were awesome. I had a new AC and Furnace installed earlier this week, and they were amazing. Showed up, did their work, showed me the finished product and explained how to use and maintain it. We just bought a house that we're doing renovations on, and you really appreciate guys like this. After dealing with other trades people around the house, you really notice the difference between quality and workmanship vs. amateurs. Would not hesitate to recommend Craig to anyone.

My 2 year old furnace was experiencing trouble and failing with error code 13 and 33 this heating season, which required constant resetting of the furnace at least once a day. After contacting the original furnace installer, it was very obvious that he did not want to help, and so I contacted Craig, even though the furnace was not his responsibility, because my experience with a new AC installation in May was so positive. Craig came through and immediately responded with an email and call and we ran over some diagnostics over the phone and email. He sent someone from his team to look at the furnace the very next day, and it was discovered that a necessary setting was not turned on when the furnace was originally installed. The furnace has been working flawlessly since. Craig and his team provide excellent customer service and they have earned my trust. My interactions with Craig have always been positive, and he takes care of his clients. You'll be the first one I call for any future HVAC needs. Thank you so much Craig!

Craig and team at Four Seasons Comfort are great. They replaced new furnace, air conditioning, and humidifier. I also went from a traditional water tank to a tankless. Customer service was very good. Installation dates were also arranged quickly. Would highly recommend Craig and team for your HVAC equipment needs!

Had my A/C unit installed last week. The guys did a great job and answered all my questions and concerns. Craig is very responsive to email and was able to book me in quickly. The work done was clean and efficient. Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking to change their AC go with Craig!

Craig and the team at Four Season Comfort are fantastic and have provided us with excellent service. They installed a brand new A/C unit by Trane to our new home and they did an excellent job with the installation and service. They were able to pencil us in under super short notice, just before we started experiencing the heat wave. It's a great A/C unit, super quiet and does a great job keeping our home cool.
