Best Fresh Buy Market

The shop owners were very unfriendly. I noticed much of the fruits and vegetables were not very happy. For example when I turned over the asparagus it had mold on it. Another shopper was allowed to come into the store without wearing a mask and the owners said nothing to her. I had to speak up. In these times we need to protect each other and that just does not bode well with me. Then because I had chosen to buy a few items, I went to pay. They started ringing in incorrect pricing. I know it was a penny here and a penny there, but it is the ethics of it, not the amount. That behaviour is a reflection of how they run their business and I will not be going back even though it is in my neighbourhood.

This market has a good selection of high quality produce. It's a good alternative to the large grocery stores in the Yonge and Eglinton area.

I've been shopping here for the past few years. This is my number one go to market for groceries. Veggies are fresh and priced very well. Staff works hard, and are very kind and friendly. I love this place! Best market in the area :)

Convenient place, but often no signage to say what varieties fruit and veg are. Makes me wary to buy certain things, as I don't know where they're from. But produce is usually fresh, and prices are fairly cheap.

I love their stuff. It’s always fresh and a great deal for the price. My favourite is the cut up fruit they sell in these nicely sized tubs for a toonie. The watermelon is especially refreshing on a hot summer day!
