Precision Brake & Muffler

We were experiencing some brake problems while traveling on the highway. We stopped in here and they took our car for a quick rip even though they were swamped. Due to safety concerns they booked us in for an appointment. They took the car apart trying to find the problem and didn't stop until they found it. The customer service was unbelievable. They did not have time to work on our car but didn't want us driving on the highway. I would highly recommend Precision Brake and Muffler to everyone. We are so extremely grateful for them.

Excellent service. My muffler broke while traveling to Kelowna on my way to Alberta. I called Precision Muffler. Owen quickly identified the problem, suggested a visit to the beautiful park across the street while they did the repair and I was back on the road in less than an hour with a permanent repair. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I brought my baby to these guys after two mechanics telling me there is 2 different major problems with my almost new replica Porsche speedster.Two hours later it’s run like it never has. I thought my dream car was a lemon…She is running smooth and like a dream.Cannot say enough good things about these guys! Thank you!

Honest, humble, and resourceful. I can’t thank Precision Brake & Muffler enough for fixing my 2009 SmartCar. They were able to identify the issues and source parts quickly. They fixed my flex pipe, and replace my fuel pump, brakes, and rotors. Had I gone to Mercedes the cost of the fuel pump alone would have be more than the whole bill! With peace of mind we now have an ethical “go to shop” for all of our vehicles. Keep up the amazing work!

This shop is Absolutely the best. If I could rate it more that 5 stars I would. I Was referred to it by friends and walking in to one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever seen gave me great confidence that this place was going to live up to the expectations. I think you could eat off the work bay floorsThe staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly.Had my BMW x3 in for exhaust work and not only was it way faster than they had figured by a few hours, but even came in under the cost of the quote given.Any future work I need done I’m unable to do myself on my cars will be taken there, as well as referring all my friends who need work

I have to say I had the most amazing experience at precision, never have I been treated with such honesty, patience, and kindness at a mechanics shop. I took my van in thinking I needed new brakes and possibly rotors, only to find out they still have over half their life left. I was so happy when I went to pick it up finding out they had even rotated my tires no charge that I had to buy a cabin filter just so I could pay them something. Thank you precision your the best in town. I will be getting any work I need done here and I will be sending anyone who will listen to you for their automotive needs

I had no appointment, and they were busy as hell, BUT he said he would squeek me in due to some concerns with my brakes. Not only did they fix the problem, but they refused to take any money for what they did. HIGHLEY RECOMMEND. THANKYOU PERSION BRAKE AND MUFFLER YOU ROCKPs you could eat off the floor very clean place

I highly recommend this shop! Garrett & Owen are very professional, Honest & completely transparent. These guys take pride in their work and keep their shop pristine! They do more than brakes & mufflers too!They finished my car on time & the cost was exactly as quoted.Super friendly & genuine customer service.
