I dealt with a Jennifer Edwards who was impatient and less than pleasant. Considering these educational professionals are supposed to be supportive. She was dismissive and threatening “if emails persist” she’ll have to call me. Umm. I wasn’t aware I couldn’t ask questions when it pertains to my child who’s in need of support or myself who just did not understand. Tone in her email wasn’t very nice, hire people that actually care about children please! I won’t bother to waste my time to escalate this. Respectfully submitted review!
