My wife went on a Friday morning for a shellac manicure. Thought to give it a try after her shopping.The nails didn't last a day. Firstly the nails were not filed the same, secondly they cut her finger on the process. When she got home one nail broke. And they started to peel off that weekend.Highly recommend to avoid this place.

I absolutely love the ladies at the Heartland location! My nails and toes look fantastic no matter what crazy idea I come up with. They’re so welcoming and accommodating! Prices are very competitive too!

It was my first time going there because it was 5 min from my home. I will never go back, I went to do both manicure and pedicure they said ok first then another customer came, the lady was doing my pedicure started talking with another lady in her language then she told me I have to come back for my manicure after 1 hour because she has another appointment! She did my pedi in a hurry without caring about the damage she caused to the toe. What kind of customer service is that you promised a customer then you rush for another promised customer! I will never go back! Don’t waste your money there!

Worst service. I will never visit there. I went there for relaxation pedicure and manicure but they did everything in 10 minutes. I cannot see any changes. They did my nail paint so badly and it looks so bad.

I did eye brow waxing with the lady name Haun. She was so rude to me. She walked away before it finish. I asked her it needs to be done more, she was so rude and told Lay down’. Lady, we are paying for you, it’s not a free work from you.Finally, she gave me a mirror which has full of oil and not visible. She has no manners to clean and no customer serviceWorst person I ever seen. I heard lot of complaints about you guys, but now am experienced it.Never recommend to anyone

DO NOT RECOMMEND.Went in wanting acrylic full set french manicure style and pedicure the same. Feet are fine but the nails looks absolutely disgusting. I said multiple times during my appointment is she was going to make them thinner…that I wanted like a thin rectangle style. At one point I even stopped her and again said “you’re going to make them thinner right?” As to which I got a response of yes.Nails are not straight.They are massive compared to my actual nail bed and I have acrylic all over my fingers.

DO NOT GO HERE. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I went there about a month ago to have my dip nails with extensions removed, all you have to do is soak them in acetone and they ground my nails down to almost nothing. You can see it the most on my thumb nails. I wanted to leave a review once they grew out so you can see just how thin my nail is. My mom got dip nails there and I have no idea what they used on her nails but acetone did absolutely nothing after soaking them for almost 45 minutes and there is still residue on her nails a month later. I can’t even open my cupboards without my nails breaking what is in the photos is the longest they have been since going there as she also cut off all growth I had under the extensions without asking. You can’t see it in the photos but she “buffed” my natural nail and it has gauges out of the nail. DO NOT GO HERE. (Please ignore my cuticles in the photo doesn’t have to do with review).

Worst worst worst worst worst is the word. I went here for a pedicure and the lady told me that it would be done in 45 minutes but as soon as the lady saw another customer she immediately told me its just 20 minutes and quickly did everything with NO MASSAGE so that she ccn take the other customer. Would not recommend at all. Hated the service. DO NOT GO HERE. They are thieves and liars. If google would allow I wouldn’t have given 1 star either.

Tina is excellent there. I reached at closing time, still she accommodated me & did not rush the services at all. She was wonderful
