Bassem and his team were extremely professional, timely and courteous. They finished the job in the time frame provided and were able to adapt and pivot as new requirements came up. You will not find more bang for your buck anywhere else, believe I’ve tried looking. Use their services and products with confidence.

Very poor experience overall, from product quality to customer service. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.In response to the owners comment: If only what you said were true. One must ask themselves if I had the experience you described then why would I write such a poor review? Well, that is because I was received with hostility by you, and one other staff member, when I returned a visibly flawed glass door. Your initial response was not to offer me the highest quality product you have, as you stated, it was to continue to bring out flawed door after flawed door for me to reject. As a business owner, our customer satisfaction is based on the high quality service and product we provide, so we are not going to compromise that by using your self-proclaimed 'flawed' products. Additionally, my husband was not rude, did not once raise his voice or use curse language, he simply warned one customer in your showroom (who was viewing the same product you just informed me is consistently flawed) to check the product carefully.Finally, never have I ever been spoken to with such disrespect and condescension as I experienced in your establishment, simply because I was returning a visibly flawed product you sold me. I do not know why you and one staff member took such a hostile stance, perhaps you are just are not accustomed to women standing firm to principle, or perhaps your standard of practice is just lower than ours. Either way, we will not recommend your establishment to anyone, ever.

Highly recommended. Good work is done for my home flooring. Fair price and Good technically sound staff. Specially Dushani Kularathne and Rudra Parekh. Amazingly suggested best quality product and service is on time and awesome. Loved it. Thank you guys for the good work.

Great customer service. Family owned business with prices that can't be beat anywhere. Believe me I've looked. Mjed and his Father put together a crew to install 3500sq ft of flooring and trim and 2 full bath rooms , tile , backslash and installation of shower doors. Go check these guys out, you won't be disappointed. Thanks for all the hard work

I saw an add on Facebook for a great price! Went in store and within 20mins the whole transaction was completed and laminate placed by the business in the back of my car. It was so easy and quick dealing with this business. The staff and owner are very polite and easy to deal with. Great experience and great service!

I both Karara White tiles from Florica and needed to return them because there were stained spots on them , cold not reach them on the phone , tiles was packed in inside-out boxes and stained ones are marked on the side , so they did know about the problem but sold them anyway!!!!!

I hired Bassem and his team twice to replace flooring. The first time, I engaged their services at a very short notice since I was putting up my unit on sale. Within an hour on a Saturday, he was able to confirm the availability of his team. And by the end of the day, the flooring was ripped and replaced in my condo! The quality of work was really great! This quality work helped me present and sell my place. The second time, I engaged their services to replace flooring on multiple levels. Bassem and his team were able to do it within 3 days! The quality of work, and speed really stand out. Unlike other flooring places, I was able to get a good deal from Floorica. Other businesses tried to cheat me by quoting too high. But Bassem was very honest during the negotiation process and stated his numbers very openly. I got a great deal, good quality work, fast turnaround, and amazing results.
