This place is terrible for cleaning, owner is a rude old korean. she damaged my cloth, try to threaten me if i dont pay her ! This is first time i get threat in Can. if you would not ur cloth to been damaged, please go other place !

Not even deserve one star rating. The owner is very stubborn. Just because it is close to where I am living, I often went to this cleaning service. it doesn’t not matter how many pieces you gave to them and how long the relationship is, no discount at all. Usually Koren owners gave 5-10% discount if I have brought them $Hundred business. Last time I sent my Gucci shirt there, it is a off white colour and she charged me $20. I got it back and it seemed like not cleaned and lot of black small fibres everywhere in my sweatershirt. I am not happy and do not want to pay for this piece or at least get a discount.( cause I am not sure what happened with the black stuff). She grabbed all my clothes and threatened me if i don’t pay I cannot get my clothes seeming like she is gonna fight with me. I paid eventually because I need to get my clothes. not recommend at all because indeed you are offering a service, it is not $20 dollar, the attitude is awful.
