Absolute worst! Avoid at all costs. Been trying to switch over the tank rental for over a year from previous owner. Used various methods of communications to do so. Barely ever hear back and it’s all a waste of time. I finally speak to someone there and they don’t even do what they say they’re going to. Didn’t get any emails as I requested so guess they will remain unpaid. I’m not going to waste anymore time chasing you people to give YOU money. You don’t want it that’s on you.

Still waiting for someone to fix my furnace and water heater from these guys. It has been a month already and no one has bothered to even come by. This has to be one of the worst companies in this industry, and that is saying a lot. They do not even deserve the one star out of five to be honest.

They used to be OZZ Solar and they installed our array in 2016. They also poorly installed ineffective critter guards and charged us an extra $1,100. We recently had cabling damage by squirrels and we called and left many messages on OZZ Solar's fancy new website. Also left several phone messages even though no service department extension seems to exist. No customer service. Nobody is home there. We ended up getting repairs done by a real solar company, Grasshopper Solar. I don't recommend Cricket/OZZ Solar to anyone.

They will bill you whatever they want, they will DICTATE what they think is fair and this will always favour them. their customer service is non-existent to the point where they just don't care that they are ripping customers off. If I could have a choice to move to a different billing provider, I would.
