I called on a Saturday with a tub faucet issue. Brett came out and had a look at the running faucet. It was determined that the replacement was needed. He quoted me for the labour and cost and how soon he could do it. Got me in and performed an excellent job and ended up coming in lower than the estimates cost. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend this bussiness and use them again.

Brett worked our project in May 2021. We had a grocery list of projects for Brett. This included repair, maintenance, and new installations of plumbing, heating and cooling. Brett came back with suggestions and options along with a quote for each portion of the to do" list. We felt well informed and gave the okay to proceed. Brett offered a very nice, quick and effective service to change a cartridge for my shower faucet.

Was not happy with the way my repair to my furnace was done. Our furnace broke down. We booked for 9:00 the next morning. Guy came at 9:30 and replaced the control board. He said that it was fixed but when he said that I didn't hear the furnace come on (it was only 6 degrees in the house so you would think I would). Paid over $600 and the guy left. When the furnace still didn't come on, I called and the guy asked my husband for a code and asked him to clean some bolt. Called back and Todd the guy that furnace was still not working. He wasn't happy that he had to come back as he was now 45 minutes away. He installed a thermostat and then the furnace worked. I understand charging for the thermostat but he also charged me for the extra kms that it took to return to my house. I told him that wasn't fair and he said well I fired it up 3 times and it worked and I said maybe he should have stayed longer because the furnace was definitely not on when he left. He replied, well how long did you expect me to wait. I paid another $300 and change but was not cool with this. I will NEVER call this guy again. Shame on you!

Brett from good plumbing hooked up my basement in-floor heating recently and I couldn't be happier with the result. Not only did he finish the job in the time he said it would take, he did a nice clean job. He also took the time to install my utility sink. What impressed me the most is how clean he left my utility room, it was swept with no debris or garbage left behind. His extra attention to detail were above and beyond and I would definitely recommend Good Plumbing.

Excellent experience. Brett is very professional, provided me with a printed quote detailing what I requested, completed the two jobs I requested, had me check them and cleaned up so that you would never know he was here. He also took time to answer any questions I had when he came to do an estimate and today during the install. Next time I need any service provided by his company, he will be my one and only call.
