I was gifted Stephaney’s wedding planning services when I got engaged in Spring 2022. Shortly thereafter, due to some personal reasons, Stephaney was not able to provide her services to me and passed me along to her friend, Tarcia Brown, to help plan our destination wedding. Unfortunately, the entire process, travel planning, and execution was horrendous and led to some major missteps, errors, and negative ramifications for the bride and groom, their families, and for our guests. Tarcia was incredibly unorganized, dismissive, and rude to those she was in contact with. She made multiple mistakes from the onset, from sharing incorrect hotel pricing, to failing to secure multiple guest rooms (including the honeymoon suite for the bride and groom), to leaving guests stranded without their promised airport transfer. When errors were pointed out, she threatened to cancel reservations and essentially held the bride and groom hostage to her incredibly poor customer service. Her errors, unprofessionalism, and inability to plan a wedding led to much stress for the bride, groom, their family, and the guests. When trying to address this both during and following the process, Stephaney has been unresponsive, Tarcia has been rude, and we have been at a loss and not received any rectification for this. It saddens me that what should be a time basking in the memories of an amazing wedding has become a fight back and forth to rectify serious errors in the planning process.

I met Stephaney through a Networking Group and was impressed by her positivity and passion for her Wedding and Event Planning business. Stephaney always exudes confidence and shows excitement when talking about her business and how she has helped many couples with a wonderful wedding experience where she takes care of everything from start to finish. I am excited to refer her to anyone that I know that is getting married and wants an Epic wedding experience!
