Decent place to chill and hang out, or get some work done. WiFi and wall plugs are available on the location.I think the price of my medium brewed coffee justifies the quality and taste of it. Also worth the mention: friendly staffs who were always ready to serve!

Yesterday, I went to this coffee shop and asked an Indian girl for some suggestions for a coffee. However, she gave me attitude without any reason. Her behavior was unprofessional and she seemed unwilling to assist me. I ended up ordering coffee for myself and my boyfriend, but we were both disappointed with the customer service we received.I don't think it would cost anything more to be nice to someone, and her behavior ruined my evening. I hope that you can address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

Hi i am dasher doing doo dash. I went here for pick up order. I dont know what is wrong with the employe his name is( HARRY ) his behaviour is very rude. This is the very bad experience with me. I think he has a mentaly problem. Because customers report on me if the order is late not to the restaurant i think he is gona fire from the work. HARRY next time dotn talk with me like this okkk i am a employee like youuuu

The inside was warm, humid, and smelled of bleach. Very unappealing on a summer day. We had three orders. They messed up two of the orders. The drip coffee was lukewarm. Very unpleasant experience.

My cousin was planning to purchase a snack for the airport, but didn’t want to have to bring it into the restroom. When she asked about the washroom, the person at the counter responded very rudely because she hadn't purchased anything yet. Kindness doesn't cost a thing. We can take our business elsewhere.

The worst matcha latte i have ever tried. It seemed like warm milk with hint of matcha. The service was really bad. We have ordered 2 matcha lattes and 1 regular latte. We have got 2 drinks in take away cups even though we asked for ceramic mugs, so we asked to pour our drinks to mugs. The girl who worked that day let us wait for 10 minutes, she didn't finish our order completely and started to prepare the drink for another customer. After she finished his order, she made the last drink from our order and poured another 2 drinks in the mugs, but after 10 minutes of waiting they were already cold. The attitude was unpleasant. The washroom was very dirty. Will never go there again.

Great atmosphere, food and drinks aren't bad. I ordered the Iced Oat Hojicha Latte, not my favourite but it wasn't hard to finish it. I also got the chance to try the Iced Matcha Latte which was better. The food was overpriced but what else can you expect from downtown Kelowna?

So thankful this place was open on New Years Eve. They opened passed there usual hours to help the customers and they were the only place that was open on the entire street. So no wonder they were busy. I had no problem waiting for a coffee since I totally understand that if there’s a line out the door there will be a wait.

There was only one girl managing the whole buisness. She is exceptional and hardworking. There was a long line and she managed everthing with smile. Deserves a raise. And please do hire more staff.
