I have been looking for Clear care plus for weeks with no luck. I happened to walk by Iris to see if they had any. The employee told me that there was a world wide shortage so I would have to wait 4 months. She then went to the back and offered me their last sample of it. So kind especially because I am not one of their regular customers since I don’t live in the area.

Dr. Jordan Chou is very friendly and thorough. I’ve been a patient for 4 years and I appreciate how he always takes time to answer my questions and concerns. Zari and Jasmine at front desk are also very friendly and made my visit enjoyable. Thank you!

Dr. Epstein was very knowledgeable and was willing to take his time to explain all that I need to know about my eye health. Overall the visit was pleasant and it's good to know that my eyes are in good health.

I have been dealing with another Iris location in a different city. This location happily replaced my nose pads in about 2 and 1/2 minutes. Very thankful.

The receptionist is very dismissive. I understand that they are busy, but there was not even a hint of even faux good customer service. The accent is pretty intense as well, which is fine, but the way she speaks it's like I'm being reprimanded or whipped with every word she says. Tone is everything.

It was a pleasure to get my eyes tested here. Dr. Jordan Chou is very experienced, knowledgeable and kind. So are all the staff.I strongly encourage everyone to go here.

If you want someone who can give you real, practical advice for your eyes, find Dr Chou. He’s amazing, been seeing him for 6 yrs.
