Callahan Property Group

This is to do with my deceased mothers apartment. I was lied to, and they wouldn't refund the pet deposit. They told me to clean the blinds would only cost 30 dollars, and they charged 330 dollars for it. As well as this, they were completely rude and unresponsive. There was no compassion at all.

Callahan Property has been amazing to work with over the last 3 years. We lease a commercial space and our property manager has always been professional and on top of things. This is easy to do when times are good and I'm so pleased to say that even with all the challenging times 2020 has thrown at business, Callahan has continued to work with us to ensure we all do well! Dealt with these bozos on the phone and in person a few times and to a tee, they were haughty, lazy, took too much time to respond, and acted like the world owed them, never could make a deal. My advice (lived here all my life) is to deal with international companies only, Callahan is too hickish and small minded to be of any real service, yuck.

Recently moved into an apartment managed by Callahan. The property managers are great to work with both locally and at their main office. They were very prompt in answering any questions I had .The apartment building and suites are very clean and very well maintained. I can't be any happier with my new apartment.Nothing but a great experience with the Callahan Team.They are an extremely Professional and friendly team.Thank-You Callahan.

I work with Flynn Canada Ltd. and we work with Callahan as a subcontractor. We find them very friendly, collaborative and easy to deal with. They put their clients first and provide great service.

Building manager is no help at all. And the main office doesn't reply. The only time they reply is here on these comments under these reviews. I've been living there for over 4 years. I've had so many issues I had to report to building manager, and nothing gets done. Others also in this building have reported this issue with nothing happening. RCMP has been called by just everyone already. I had knife pulled on me already on the property by street people in the garage. And they do not care to spend money for safety. Lack of security.

I tried speaking 'with' them, in regards to properties but got nowhere. They were very rude and unhelpful and I was being talked down to like a child.Dealing with Colliers and Royal LePage was a MUCH more Professional and Respectful experience; they responded in a more timely manner. They took the time to understand and listen to what type of property I was looking for. Unlike, Callahan which seemingly shut me down and shooed me away before listening to much of what I had to say; presumably due to the fact I wasn't a known franchise.In my opinion, the bad attitude seems to trickle down from the top at Callahan Properties.A Very Unsatisfied Potential Customer.
