The worst experience of my life!A simple small filling and clamps were screwed onto my gums and then pulled off without being unscrewed all the way.Subsequently my gums are swollen and bruised as well as the inside of my lip has a cut that’s approximately one inch long!I’ve had surgeries that were less painful!Never again!!!

I am writing this review as i tried to address my concern with the ofc manager (who took note but offered no sort of apology or accountability for what happened) and subsequently the regional manager (who didnt return my phone call on a day she was in the office but in a meeting").I came to this dental office several times to have work done

My hygienist Ferdose is amazing!!! She noticed an abnormality on my tongue and insisted I get it checked out. It turned out to be a tumour that would’ve gone unnoticed had she not pointed it out and encouraged a biopsy. Her oral surgery experience should be valued by any of her patients!!! Wonderful lady and hygienist :)

On Tuesday I went to get my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist Maria was so rough and felt like she was on a race to finish. I guess it was end of day or is it how she regularly does her job? My family and I have gum problems. My aunt actually died from gum disease way back. Anyhow I was bleeding until the next day! This is a service you provide please take care of clients. You won’t see me again. I think I need to go to a new dental office in Hamilton. New to the area but sure there’s better ones out there.

Worst experience ever in a dental clinic. I gave the insurance information to the receptionist to check if the services I took the appointment for are covered and she confirmed that they are covered and then they charged me $240 just for the doctor exam (dentist spent 3 minutes speaking with me). when I asked why she said we did not know you had this exam 2 years ago but I told them that before and I gave them my insurance plan information at the beginning to check that but instead of checking with the insurance company or at least ask me to check myself they chose to lie. Dr Neha Desai told me that I have a couple of cavities and if I want to fix them I told her clearly that I will fix one today and do the other another day as they are very small. I found out later that they charged my insurance company for 2 teeth (and of cours they chose 2 teeth next to each other). Terrible job done on teeth scaling as the person who did it was late and was rushing to start with their next victim. Complaint submitted to the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO).

New client and Very disappointed with the receptionists (Front desk clerks) I called because I needed a cleaning and a chipped tooth They said do you want to become full time with the doctor I said yes. I gave them all my information from past dentist and insurance. They gave a full examination which cost me 245.00 as my insurance said they would only cover in April 2023. If they really needed any history of my full examination they were suppose to contact my previous dentist. Karma to them. Also very unprofessional eating at desk and complaining about their pay !!!! Well instead worry about great customer service I think they need a cleanup of staff or a wake up call

don't bring your kids here 2 of my kids age 5 and 11 both needed work my 11 year old needed 2 teeth pulled they refused to give freezing and insisted it would be quick it wasn't needed making the situation difficult my 5 year old needed fillings they caped multiple teeth with out cleaning out the cavity for both kids then referred them to a children's dentist apple tree who had to repair all the work east gate did staff are friendly and the environment is nice

They will Coerce you into Gettin extra/unnecessary work doneIf they know you have benefits they will go above and beyond to milk themI came here 10 months ago for a cleaning, no issuesToday I can't get a cleaning without a new patient exam because it's the law"They knew this when I called to book my appointment

I went to Eastgate dental and had the best experience. My dental hygienist Ferdous was wonderful and so very compassionate. She was so encouraging and I would recommend Eastgate Dental and Ferdous to anyone who will need a dentist. Five stars in my book. Thank you Ferdous, you are the best!

I am a returning patient and I return because of Maria, she has compassion, never makes u feel uncomfortable for anything you may feel ashamed of or embarrassed by and has amazing bedside manners. Today when I called because my entire mouth was in pain (had been up all night in tears, could not touch my teeth to each other and haven't ate in 2 days), the reception was more concerned with making sure I knew my history of cancelations and company policies, even with explaning my caregiver role to my parents who are aged and very sick, and my work schedule as a PSW. However the dentist and her assistant were amazing today, showing compassion and empathy. Taking time to make sure I was heard and doing all they could to help ease my pain. I will return only to continue my care with Maria and the dentist I seen today. As for the lady who makes appointments, show some empathy towards your patients for the lives they live.
