Update 2022:Since we had such a positive experience with Adam for our first home, we texted him immediately to get the ball rolling so we could buy and sell with him. Adam is the BEST real estate agent. PERIOD. Even though it had been a year since we worked together, he still remembered details about me and my wife. Like our first home, Adam made sure we found something we loved and never let us settle for something less. He never pushed us to make a decision and always pointed out any flaws to a home we would need to be aware of. We are so thankful for this because it helped us avoid houses we ultimately would regret winning in the end. Since we were selling for the first time, Adam gave us different strategies to handle the crazy market and he insisted he would go with whatever we decided. However, he also gave us his safest recommendation, which is what we ended up doing. The sale process was quick and efficient with Adam. He had great connections for everything we needed - stager, photographer, painter, you name it! His contacts were able to come get everything done in a single day and this really helped us in a fluctuating market where we needed to sell on a certain day. WE SOLD IN 2 DAYS!!! As for the buy, we were able to get our dream house and are so thankful for Adam's help!The most important thing I want to highlight is that Adam does whatever he can for your budget and needs. He answered all of our questions and even went through finances with us. This was all before the pandemic hit. We decided to stop searching during the early stages of the pandemic, but once the lockdown restrictions lifted, we decided to search again and reached out to Adam. He did not forget about us and started catering our searches again. Throughout the entire process, Adam was very professional, friendly, and supportive. He scheduled viewings at any time of day that worked best for our schedule and he was always early to each viewing.
