Made the mistake of shopping at this store Tuesday, August 24th. This is the first negative review I’ve written ever. From the moment myself and my three sons entered the store we were made to feel like we had interrupted a private team meeting. Three equally dismissive employees failed to acknowledge or greet us in anyway shape or form. The service only got worse. After failing to get any help for my son to try on clothes we took it upon ourselves to make our way to what appeared to be changing rooms. Not once did a single employee notice a customer was trying to try on clothes, or offer to help. The changing rooms we locked, so we tracked down an employee for help. Oddly the large obvious changing rooms are not functional for customers. There was no follow up about how the clothes fit, or offer to bring items to the cash. Finally, we go to the cash to pay, no one is working at the desk. We again call out for help, the woman, who shockingly I suspect is the manager, sneers “Credit or Debit”?. That is her “greeting”. I said oh hello! How are you?. She Repeats the same line multiple times. Of course I expressed how unwelcoming and unfriendly the service was. The fact that the other two employees, seem to be following her lead by treating customers like trash is beyond concerning. My son was excited to visit this “high end” store, and he was really confused why we were treated so poorly. Worst service ever.

Came here to grab a last minute gift for a friend. While dealing with a hydro outage due to one of the worst storms of the season this African female employee at the cashier spot thought it would be best time to be rude and give a snide look to her co worker to insist that im being difficult because I had ask if she added me as a member which her reply was i asked and you didnt answer me. When she first asked I said yes then went back to talking to the hydro company. That's when she wanted to give her coworker the snide look as if I couldn't see. Anyways I added myself finished my transaction. No, thank you for shopping with us no happy holidays, nothing. She needs to be trained on her customer service because it is complete trash. All this on Christmas eve, disgusting !

Yesterday I went to the store and it was the worst buying experience everThe manager was incredibly mean she didn't bother looking at me or talking to me and answering my question and she refused to use my husband's account to take the discount coupon with a head nod to the cashier to ask me to open a new account even though I've been using an account for two years in all Tommy branches with no issuesand she changed her mind about exchanging jeans I bought it wrong size after the cashier told me that I could exchange it after her approval and told me to exchange it for a reduced purchase value without cash and I agreed and brought a sweater to exchange it , after that she changed her mind and refused and made me wait for her to come and ask her 6 minutes and I have a small child crying constantly Really, this is unbelievable. The way she treats me with disrespect and no consideration at all.I stayed with the solution. I chose gifts for my family worth $600, and I was so annoyed that I bought only $250 and left the rest at the cashier's table and told the manager that I would go to another branch and continue buying gifts, and she didn't apologize and didn't care at all and didn't even look at me as if I wasn't there!!I ask Tommy's management watch the cashier cameras to make sure what happened or contact me and please replace her. There are several complaints to her as I read previously in the comments.And all staff were very nice and helpful except the rude manager

Came to buy a track suit for a birthday gift. Was greeted by Donna. She was extremely helpful. So professional and friendly helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I only went in for one track suit ended up buying 2. Thank you Donna for all your help!

I was there to return items.. at the beginning the lady at the cashier was very kind..She told me if you want you can exchange with different items, I said I have no time maybe be next time..She asked about which card I used, anyway I don't know and in the receipt it was not mentioned which card..She offered to give me store credit.. I said no.. after that she became different, not welcoming like before.. I said thanks when she finished.. she even didn't look at me and her face was very toxic..I thought I took money from her pocket!!!

Worst experience ever… their employees were rude and not supportive and don’t allow us to touch any items; I have been visited many stores of tommy but this was worst with poor customer service by their employees.

The worst store with the worst manager!My mother is only visiting for two weeks and she got 4 pieces of clothes for her 3 grandkids as GIFTS.She asked for three small bags and she explained that these 4 pieces will go to three different people. (This means only two more bags). But the staff was sooooo rude and told her that our bags are not gifts.My mother told her that she would pay for the the two extra bags and the staff said “this is the only time I will give them to you but next time I won’t).What a good customer service! And guess what this staff was the MANAGER herself. She was so rude and impolite. So instead of her being nice to customers and solve their problems, she was the only one creating a fuss! For what! A paper bag! We pay hundred of dollars at Tommy, and we dealt with a bag situation that costs 60 cent!Never returning to this shop, will go to Niagara falls better.Thank you to the other young lady (staff) who helped my mother who couldn’t read the small sizes on the outfits.
