Tariq my driver was excellent ! The customer service and gentlemen on the call was excellent and also true to their word. They showed up on time and the cost was affordable. These are just simply really good people doing hard job for people in distress and doing it well

Service by Salam was prompt, friendly and professional. He arrived within 30 minutes of my call and took the time to explain to me what was wrong. He was careful with my vehicle and delivered it to the repair shop without any issues. Overall a wonderful experience.

Andre did an exceptional job at providing his expertise on how best to tow my car. I have it underground right now with a flat tire and he took a lot of time to inspect my car and gave me all the resources required to get it fixed. His patience, understanding and knowledge were phenomenal! I would definitely recommend Canadian towing because of him.

I was denied the chance to put my car in neutral with the bypass lever under the car since my alternator and battery was dead. As such, it was dragged up and then down the flatbed causing damage to my electric park brake module. I asked multiple times to go under the car and force the transmission into neutral and the operator would not let me. There is no way to prove that the damage was done by the operator but the module was working perfectly up until the car was dragged. The fault code stored for the module leads me to believe it was the result of the dragging of the vehicle. I filed for a claim through caa since this company is contracted with them and have yet to receive a call back.

The service was great! My car was stuck in the small parking lot behind my building so it made the towing process much more difficult but Salam handled it so well, and he was friendly and professional the whole time. No complaints :)

First time customer. The dispatcher to whom I spoke promised me a flatbed in 30 to 45 mins and Salam showed-up in just 25. He was very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. As I was following him with my disabled car on his truck using another vehicle, we got trapped by a residential street snow removal operation but Salam gladly took my advice about a way out of there and very kindly let me lead him to open streets and on to our destination. Nobody wants to need a towing service but if misfortune strikes, I recommend this business, as they did very well for me.

First time using this company. A bit of a communication problem between me and the front office, front office and the drivers. All my tires were seized on my car and they managed to get it on the flatbed and put it in a very tight spot at my house. Dealt with Mike Awsome guy very professional. knows what he's doing. Reason I gave them 4 star's there was a $80 price difference between for my quote on Thursday for a job I needed done on Friday because the weather was cold on Friday. Other than that great company great service I recommend them.

Hit a nasty pothole and got a flat on my way home. Contacted Canadian towing through a friend and they responded quickly and were there within 30 minutes. The driver Salam was very efficient and professional in his work, and he was very friendly as well. I’d highly recommend them. Thank you Salam!

This company did not show up after confirmation.Our commercial truck had a drained battery. Here is the timeline. Decide yourself whether you want to call them or not.10:45am Called this company and was told to text them address. Emphasized this is a commercial truck and confirmed with them if they can jump start. Got confirmation.10:47am Texted address and asked for ETA and price and got text back saying will respond in 5 mins10:58am called 7 times but all got automatically to voice mail11:04am got message Yes what the address pls" and immediately responded with address again11:05am called to confirm they will be coming and was told 30 mins ETA11:10am got message "Ok coming"11:44am called multiple times and eventually got connected
