I was treated so well by all staff at Birchwood Hyundai on McPhillips. First of all Leeto, their financial person was so kind and patient. Made everything so easy for me. If you are thinking of purchasing a Hyundai vehicle ask for Zach Algera to be your salesman. He is the best of the best. I have visited many locations of many different types of vehicles and came back to Hyundai to buy my new vehicle, mostly because of Zach. He is amazing.

I serviced my vehicle here on March 21st and I had not much issues with the service. But, there is a reason why I am leaving a 1 star review, and I am sharing this review with the CEO of Brichwood group.This firm is a perfect example of a outsourced public relations disaster, the PR team has no connection with the dealership. Even the reply to this message will be by someone who knows nothing.On the third day of service I had a personal email from Bill Grant regarding service satisfaction. I emailed Bill on a service query I had, and never got a response. My service advisor Jason had asked me to message him on text messaging system for any future questions. I tried using the system, but no response. At last I called my service advisor and left a voice message, but never got a response. Now, I have decided not to visit this dealership for my future needs.

Our initial service with a salesman wasn’t great, but the sales manager quickly stepped in and remedied the situation. We were going to pick up the service loaner 2022 Elantra, but when it was less than satisfactory we were shown a 2022 Sonata. We fell in love instantly upon driving. When we came back to sign the paperwork, the manager had even managed to get winter tires put on! Service has been a breeze with their online scheduling and flexible hours, waiting room is comfy too.

I purchased santa fe last month. It has been confirmed that sales manager, finance, sales man and other staff are all friendly and very satisfied with the customer's requirements. I will visit again when I purchase a car in the future.

I just inquired with them about the Pallisade Urban trim that shows available in their inventory. I chatted with them and was directed to one of their salesperson, Gord Workum. After replying that it was already sold and no Urban trim is available, he just left the chatroom without any word. He may have a good reason but that is just unprofessional.

All around, very good experience when purchasing a new vehicle. I didn't feel pressured during the process, and any questions about the vehicle were answered on the spot. Even the approximate delivery time for a factory order was well within the given time period. As I attended the dealership on a Saturday, I was unable to meet any of the service crew, which would have been nice. But other than that, everything went smoothly.

I always found buying a car a bit stressful, however this time I really enjoyed it. Noah was exceptional, he went out of his way to make it both enjoyable and interesting. There is so much to learn on these new vehicles and at my age (80) I am still very old fashioned. Noah said I could come back anytime and he would answer any questions and explain more options on my car. I have gone back several time and he treats my with the utmost respect. I feel I owe him. Everyone at Birchwood make my wife and me feel like we are appreciated. Thank you.
